While I was sho ing during this holiday season, I noticed a big change in my sho ing behavior. In the past I was too afraid to really voice my concer or opinio about a product or service to a sale erson. Many times I settled for a product or service that was suggested by the sale erson.
This holiday season I made sure to ask all the right questio and made sure that I was purchasing the product that was right for my needs. I was no longer concerned about offending a sale erson by telling them that a suggested product wa 't right for me.
What I found was that the sale eople provided me with the best service that I've ever received. A good sale erson welcomes feedback from the customer so that they can help the customer choose the right types of products. They can only do this if they know what you're looking for.
I think that I was motivated by what I look for with my customers. I value my customers feedback. It hel me to make sure that I'm providing the products and services that they want. If a customer doe 't provide me with feedback, I don't know if I need to improve my sales a roach.
So if you are like me and shy away from getting into a dialogue with a sale erson, it might be time to change your a roach. I suggest that you take the time to research the product or service that you're interested in. This will help you ask the right types of questio and the sale erson will see you as a well informed customer.
